After the implant of a CardioMEMS™ PA Sensor, there are tools available to help you and your patients feel prepared for heart failure management with the CardioMEMS™ HF System.
The resources below provide instruction on how to set up and use the patient readers for the CardioMEMS™ HF System. There are two readers available for use with the CardioMEMS HF System. The videos are specific to each reader:
CardioMEMS HERO Device
The HERO Device is an easy-to-use,1 next-generation CardioMEMS reader that allows your patient to conveniently1 take and send pulmonary artery (PA) pressure readings. The HERO Device is 60% lighter and smaller than the previous generation reader.2* It allows them to take a fast reading that takes less than one minute on average.1**
