Abbott’s family of supportive guide wires offer added support for delivery of stents, balloon dilation catheters (BDCs), and other devices.
Abbott's supportive guide wires are designed with added support in the body of the wire, which is often needed in tight lesions where device delivery can be difficult. Note in the image below that specific guide wires are designed for different types of stenoses, vessel anatomy and crossability.
Following is the portfolio for the Abbott family of peripheral supportive guide wires.
