Contact Your Care Team
Speak with your care team to help determine if you may be a candidate for the CardioMEMS HF System. They can reach out to Abbott if they have questions about our expanded coverage.
Receive Prior Authorization
Your care team will work with you and your insurance to determine the appropriate paperwork needed to get started. If you have Medicare, no prior authorization is necessary. Prior authorization is still needed for Medicare Advantage plans.
