The myMerlin™ Mobile App ensures patients are connected when it matters most.

Remote monitoring via smartphone connectivity with an easy-to-use app encourages patient compliance with less disruption to their daily lives. Data is proactively transmitted by the myMerlin Mobile App per a schedule set by your clinic.

The myMerlin Mobile App provides patient notifications, helping patients stay connected while improving compatibility with the new iOS‡ and Android‡ operating systems. The app automatically informs patients of successful device checks and clinic-scheduled transmissions.

Additional improvements to the pairing process and transmission capabilities help make the fastest and most reliable ICM remote monitoring solution even better.2 The intuitive interface engages patients with the familiarity of their smartphone.

The myMerlin Mobile App encourages patient engagement, allowing patients to:

  • Better describe their symptoms with keywords (e.g., fainting, fluttering) to give you insights for a confident diagnosis.
  • Depending on how you manage your clinic’s settings, patients may be able to send a transmission while experiencing symptoms without having to wait for a nightly sync.
  • View their own transmissions and symptom history so they don’t need to contact you to confirm successful transmissions.
