How it Works

Confirm Rx™ Insertable Cardiac Monitor (ICM) with myMerlin™ Mobile App

The Confirm Rx ICM device continuously monitors patient rhythms and connects directly to the myMerlin Mobile App via Bluetooth^® wireless technology.
The downloadable myMerlin Mobile App serves as an integrated transmitter and symptom recorder, as well as a repository of resources for the patient.
Using a direct, low-energy Bluetooth^® wireless technology connection to the ICM device, the app proactively transmits data per a schedule you set for your patient, minimizing interruptions to their daily life. The patient can view confirmation of successful device checks and clinic scheduled transmissions, as well as receive alerts about connection issues.
Based on settings you select, patients may be able to annotate their symptoms while they occur and send a transmission, so you have greater insights into their arrhythmia.
