By returning unneeded external devices, Abbott can recycle or properly dispose of these items, which helps to protect and promote a healthy environment. To return your mobile transmitter (Abbott provided smartphone), Merlin@home™ Transmitter, broadband kit, and/or cellular adapter, use the form below to contact us for a prepaid return kit. Abbott will cover all expenses to ensure your items are properly returned. We greatly appreciate your help and participation.
If you are experiencing technical issues with your external device please contact Remote Care Technical Support at +1-877-MY-MERLIN (+1-877-696-3754) or mymerlin@abbott.com for help before returning your device. In many cases, our team can find a solution to the problem you are having over the phone.
