About Advisor HD Grid

The Advisor™ HD Grid Mapping Catheter, Sensor Enabled™, is a steerable and insulated electrophysiology mapping catheter with a grid-patterned electrode configuration. The 16 electrodes can be placed where you need, offering high-density wave bipole recordings along and across the spines, direction independent mapping1 and faster data collection in a given location.2

The Advisor HD Grid Mapping Catheter, Sensor Enabled offers you:

  • Grid pliability and catheter contact to maneuver within any chamber of the heart3
  • Ability to accurately4 and repeatably5,6 investigate areas of interest to capture information often missed by traditional 10-pole mapping catheters
  • Greater mapping density, which could create more therapeutic opportunities for rapid,2 accurate4 mapping and confirmation of PVI during AF ablation procedures.

The Only High Density Mapping Catheter To Address Bipolar Blindness With Every Beat

Introducing EnSite™ LiveView Dynamic Display — a software designed to allow mapping data to be visualized in real time from the current location of Advisor HD Grid Mapping Catheter, SE

  • Detect pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) gaps more easily with real-time visualization of Advisor HD Grid Mapping Catheter, SE data provided by EnSite LiveView Dynamic Display
  • Instantaneous visualization of EGM data
  • Lessen the need for comprehensive chamber or surface maps

Journal Articles for Advisor HD Grid Mapping Catheter, Sensor Enabled

Recent journal articles, abstracts and other clinical evidence have analyzed the Advisor HD Grid Mapping Catheter, Sensor Enabled, circular mapping catheters, pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) and cryoablation. For a deep dive into the clinical data, visit the Clinical Evidence and Journal Article information.

Highlights from Recent Comparison of Gap Identification7

Circular Mapping Catheters:
The incidence and location of gaps following PVI were tracked utilizing either a 10-pole circular mapping catheter (CMC10), a 20-pole circular mapping catheter (CMC20) or the Advisor HD Grid Mapping Catheter, SE.

Isolation was Tracked Across 99 Cases

Advisor HD Grid Mapping Catheter, SE (n=33) 81.8% of patients had gaps. 2.15 gaps per patient.
