The Pediatric (PED) module is designed for physicians who are interested in developing a program to approach pediatric arrhythmias ablations.

The Pediatric module is divided into three different sessions and lasts nine months. During the module, attendees will have the opportunity to discover various labs all throughout Europe and to openly discuss related topics with an enthusiastic and dedicated faculty. Expert faculty members will guide participants through a journey, starting from ECG analysis through pediatric patient management and EP ablation live cases.

  • Interpret ECG and diagnose SVT and VT in pediatric patients
  • Discuss rationale for drug and ablation treatments and hospital management
  • Discuss an optimized procedural workflow for ablation and implant in pediatric patients
  • Explore non-fluoroscopic approaches for pediatric patients

"Attending the first edition of the IEPC pediatric and congenital module was undoubtedly a very important decision. Having been linked to pediatric and congenital electrophysiology for several years by then, this course allowed us to interact with other specialists from different countries, with different degrees of differentiation, and to share experiences, tips and tricks, in this very specific and demanding area. The program for each of the modules as well as the different faculty members, most of whom are international references in the field, were carefully picked, and this reflected in the passion and enthusiasm they showed throughout the course. […] I strongly recommend attending IEPC pediatric and congenital module to everyone, either new junior members who are just starting out in the field of pediatric or congenital electrophysiology, or to those who already have more experience."
