This course is designed to be a comprehensive overview of the safe and effective use of the Abbott portfolio in Congenital patients.
This course offers additional education to structural heart fellows desiring further reinforcement of the techniques and tools needed for the safe and effective use of the MitraClip Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair (TEER) System.
Two-day program, sponsored by Abbott designed with didactic lectures and interactive simulator experiences to develop hands-on procedural experience, advanced imaging assessment skills and critical thinking processes for stroke risk reduction. Attendees will participate in simulations for the purposes of achieving expertise in interventions such as: transseptal puncture, percutaneous left atrial appendage closure, and PFO closure.
