How InView EMR Patient ID Works

The service creates actionable, real-time, point of care workflows to drive patients to the appropriate clinical provider and assesses both population level and individual patient health status.

Dedicated project management helps to create custom clinical severity scoring criteria and patient report development within the institution's own EMR. Fully customizable to the IT environment of each center, InView EMR is an integrated solution that enables the management of panels of patients and supports efficient triage along the care continuum.
