The goal of Abbott's Investigator Sponsored Study (ISS) program is to enhance clinical and/or scientific knowledge of Abbott products and related disease states and therapies to ultimately benefit patients. Abbott may provide funding or other support to the institution or employer of the sponsor investigator who will conduct the study and is requesting AV funding/support. Concepts and protocols may be submitted for Abbott's consideration, in accordance with company standards.

SUBMIT A CONCEPT DOCUMENT AND PROTOCOL

 

Link to Visiontracker™ and Link to MicroEdge GIFTS are web applications being used by Abbott for the collection of ISS submission materials. When clicking on the appropriate link below, you will be re-directed to the Abbott Visiontracker™ or MicroEdge GIFTS website. For first time users, you will be required to register for a new account in order to access either system.

For Visiontracker™, once you have completed your registration you will receive two separate emails, one containing your unique user name, and one containing your password from ‘vtsupport@envisionpharma.com’. Once you receive both emails, you can log in to the Abbott Visiontracker™ system and submit an application.

For MicroEdge GIFTS, once you have completed your registration, you can immediately submit an application. You will receive an email containing your password from ‘mail@grantapplication.com’.

For proposals related to legacy Abbott Vascular and Structural Heart products (including, but not limited to, products belonging to Everolimus Eluting Stents, Supera®, Vessel Closure Devices (Perclose ProGlide®, StarClose SE® etc.) Mitraclip®, AMPLATZER™ occluders and others): Link to Visiontracker™.

For proposals related to legacy St. Jude Medical products (including, but not limited to: EnSite™ NavX™, Infinity™ DBS, Confirm™, CardioMEMS™, MultiPoint™ Pacing, Portico™, Proclaim™ Elite SCS, TactiCath™ and others: Link to MicroEdge GIFTS.
